How to apply for production access after closed testing
When your closed testing period is complete, Play Console unlocks the production access application. This guide covers what Google asks and how to prepare answers that get approved.
When you can apply
The application becomes available once the closed testing requirement is satisfied: the required number of testers opted in for 14 consecutive days (Play Console shows whether you have met it).

- Keep the feedback you collected during testing — quotes and screenshots help
- Describe concrete changes you shipped because of that feedback
- Make sure your store listing, screenshots and privacy policy match what the app actually does
- Answer in plain language; Google reviews thousands of these forms
After you apply
Reviews usually take a few days. If you are rejected, the message tells you which requirement was not met — in most cases it is the testing period or the quality of your feedback. You can fix it and re-apply.
