Terms of Service

1. The Service

BetaReward connects app publishers with testers. Publishers create tasks (Closed Testing install tasks or app review tasks) and fund rewards through PayPal. Testers complete tasks, submit verification material, and earn rewards.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. One Google account corresponds to one platform account with a fixed role (publisher or tester).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under it.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Publishers

When creating a task, you pay the total reward amount plus platform commission in advance through PayPal. The platform commission rate for each task type is displayed at creation.

You may cancel a task that has not started; unspent escrowed funds are returned to your wallet balance.

Once a tester has completed and been paid, that payment is final.

4. Testers

You must complete tasks honestly and in accordance with the instructions. Submissions are verified automatically; we may reject submissions that do not match the task requirements.

Reward settlement rules: install tasks require keeping the app installed for the holding period and completing active check-ins; rewards are paid in proportion to check-in completion (100% for the required number, 80% for 2-3, 50% for fewer than 2). Review-task rewards are credited immediately after verification passes.

Withdrawals require a verified PayPal account, a minimum balance (currently $50 for testers), and an account at least 3 days old. Withdrawal fees are borne by the user.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use multiple accounts on the same device to claim the same task, use fake or unrelated screenshots or videos, attempt to deceive the verification system, manipulate reviews, or otherwise engage in fraud.

We use device fingerprints and other signals to detect abuse. Violations may result in rejection of rewards, freezing of balances, or account suspension.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The applications and store listings you test belong to their respective publishers. You agree to install and test them only for the purposes of the task.

By uploading verification material, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use it for verification and fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your wallet balance may be withdrawn subject to applicable rules.
