Device and usage information: browser type, operating system and platform (iOS/Android), language, time zone, screen resolution, a device fingerprint used for fraud prevention, and your IP address.

Submissions: screenshots and videos you upload as task verification material, including metadata used for verification.

Payment information: handled by PayPal on their platform. We receive payment status, transaction references, and the PayPal email you provide for withdrawals.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the platform: match you with tasks, verify submissions using automated tools, calculate and settle rewards, and process withdrawals.

To prevent fraud and abuse: detect duplicate devices, multiple accounts, and suspicious activity; we may flag such activity to our operations team.

To improve and secure the service, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Storage and Sharing

Your data is stored on cloud servers operated by our infrastructure providers (including Alibaba Cloud OSS for uploaded media).

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service: Google (sign-in), PayPal (payments and payouts), Cloudflare (human verification and CDN), and cloud hosting/storage providers.

Verification materials may be shared with our automated verification engine (a third-party LLM API) for the purpose of validating submissions.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preference, and Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies for human verification.

We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Your Rights

You can access the personal data we hold by logging into your account. To request correction or deletion, contact us at support@betareward.site.

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
